The course aims to
enhance the knowledge and comprehension about the compensation and benefits
function. It also helps the students to understand the factors that are to be
addressed to ensure an effective total compensation and benefits program. The
course deals with basis of fixing compensation, job evaluation process,
incentive schemes and benefits. Students completing this course will have a
comprehensive understanding on compensation and benefits in an organizational
setting.
